EXERCISE & DEMOS

- i.e. FUNs & GIFs -

We call our exercises "FUNs," for a couple reasons:
1. FUN is short for "FUNctional Exercise;"      2. We consider our exercises, well.. fun!

Here you will find a GIFLibrary of our FUNs, with brief explanations on how to perform them. This can be used for reference to one of our KiCs (hyperlink to kic pg), or as a tool to create your own KiC (hyperlink - to submit to create your own KiC sweepstakes")

'Fighting' or Standard - Reverse Punch (RP)

Photo:
  • Punch should have some axial rotation (twist of punch is somewhat stylistic - could be full twist, half twist, 3/4 twist, etc. Functionally the rotation ..
  • legs dynamically assume a lunge position, synchronously timed with the extension of the punch
  • back hand can retract or remain up for protection, depending on intent
