We call our exercises "FUNs," for a couple reasons:
1. FUN is short for "FUNctional Exercise;"      2. We consider our exercises, well.. fun! 

Here you will find a GIFLibrary of our FUNs, with brief explanations on how to perform them. This can be used for reference to one of our KiCs (hyperlink to kic pg), or as a tool to create your own KiC (hyperlink - to submit to create your own KiC sweepstakes")

  • Hands up, back straight
  • Bend knees & lower center of gravity until thighs are at least parallel with the ground
  • Without hesitation, explosively spring upwards,
  • Allow leg, feet, & core stabilizer muscles to quickly contract, ejecting entire body off the ground
  • Make as little noise as possible upon landing
